Term:  Trustee

Trustee—person appointed by a will or trust agreement to carry out the trust terms. Trust can be either created while persons are alive or by their will. The latter being testamentary trusts. Trustees are not necessarily executors or estate administrators or guardians but can act as a trustee of will trusts.
