Term:  Tenancy in Common

Tenancy in Common—means of owning property, usually real estate without RTS. One owner could own 95% and another 5%. Unlike joint ownership where both owners jointly can own all of the property with rights of survivorship. The term tenant does not refer to landlord and tenant. See RTS.
