Term:  Fiduciary

Fiduciary—persons who hold positions of trust. Courts impose the highest duties of honesty and loyalty on fiduciaries to protect the rights of others. Estate representatives, estate trustees, executors and lawyers all have fiduciary duties. Fiduciaries have fiduciary duties with obligations to act for the benefit of others before your own interests.
